"We had a room upstairs. Inside the room we had 3 beds. Which worked out for us because we had 4 people. We didn’t get to use the pool but it goes to 8 feet. There is a nice swing to sit on. We would reserve here again. It was quite also even being close to the freeway."

"We love it here, the staff is absolutely amazing, the rooms are very clean and there's is no rift ready hanging around.Everyone is so he helpful and always with a smile on their face. "Parking was available and convinient. Staff was very nice and helpful/accommodating. Waffles and coffee for breakfast were my fav. They did have omelets and potatoes as well, my kids liked the potatoes. Room was good, the bathroom did not have a fan. There were also no extra garbage bags, since they only came to clean the room every other day. The pool area could have been a little cleaner. The pool and hot tub had bugs and leaves in it, tables were dirty. Of course my kids did not mind any of that they jumped right in and loved every minute of it. There is also a Dutch Bros. Jack in a box, and latin super market near by."

"I would like to offer a constructive suggestion regarding the room design and bed accommodations. While my overall stay was very pleasant and the service was excellent, I noticed that the spacing around the beds may present accessibility and comfort challenges for many guests. The beds were positioned extremely close to both the walls and the air conditioning unit, making it difficult to move comfortably around the room or access the beds easily. In particular, the space between one bed and the AC unit was so limited that even passing through sideways was uncomfortable. Although I personally managed, I immediately thought about guests with larger body types, mobility limitations, injuries, or even families traveling with children, for whom this setup could be significantly more challenging. I share this feedback with genuine respect and consideration, as I believe small layout adjustments could greatly improve guest comfort and accessibility without compromising the room’s overall design. Aside from this observation, everything else during my stay was wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality and attention to guest experience."

"Toilet running on & off. Broken flap in tank. Bathtub plug broken, big hole in bath mat, no wash rags, broken toilet paper holder, no drain cover in sink, alarm clock kept time but you couldn't set alarm, main room light flickered, broken lamp shade, bedside lamp had 1 of 2 light bulbs out, and floor was dirty. The only good thing was the linens were clean and there was no sign of bed bugs. "
