"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "This is a great wee apartment for a couple. It is ideally placed for restaurants, shopping, people watching, accessing the beach and everything that Old Nice has to offer.
