Excellent apartment that was bigger than we expected - plenty of space for the four of us (2 adults and 2 children). Wonderful location, walking distance to Menthon beach, 5-10 minute walk to the bakery and other local shops etc, and a short drive to Annecy itself. Very quiet place to stay, and the shutters kept the apartment cool even when it was hot outside. The pool was lovely - very refreshing on hot days!

Emplacement parfait et paysage superbe

Logement très bien situé et très calme, proche du lac tout est pratique dans cet appartement qui est très spacieux. Seul bémol la propreté de la vaisselle, des sols (tapis rempli de poil de chien par exemple) et de la poubelle de tri non vidée mais sinon nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Amazing apartment, perfect location for us

We were so pleased with this apartment. The apartment itself worked brilliantly for us and our 3 kids (19,17 and 10). It was very spacious, had everything we needed and was set back from the road, which made it really quiet. The pool was superb. There were only ever another 4 - 5 people at any time. The location was perfect for the Menthon Plage and was right next to the bus stop for the free buses into Annecy or to Talloires.

trés bel appartement

APPARTEMENT calme car situé loin de la route, par contre isolation avec appartement situé au dessus précaire on entendait tous les bruits ,deplacement de meuble, passage aspirateur un ^peu dommage ....
