"We had a great stay. It was out of town but an easy drive to get anywhere. The space is beautiful with simple luxuries that show Joan put a lot of thought into the details. While the place feels very secluded there are still sounds of neighborhood life around, but you can tell there has been specific design to keep the property private. We enjoyed a perfect fall night on the patio to watched the sun go down and it was very peaceful."

"This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Cozy, clean, and quiet. The kitchen had plenty of cookware items necessary for meal prep, gas in the outside grill, and the bonus was the stocked Keurig coffee. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra bedding if needed. The pictures do not do this gem justice!"

"This was a perfect spot for our family and friends while attending a wedding weekend in Menomonie. It has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and, at the same time, numerous areas, inside and out, in which to gather for quiet conversation. The property is secluded and quiet. The views of the lake and the deer grazing on the hillside was a great way to start and finish each day. The poker, pool and ping-pong tables were all used and appreciated, along with the sauna and fitness room on the lower level."
