Great holiday house in the Luberon for 12 people - privacy guaranteed - calm environment!.
Inside, each room on the first floor has a beautiful and intimate terrace. The location is ideal for spending your holidays in the Luberon and visiting Gordes, Bonnieux, Roussillon, etc., which are classified as some of the most beautiful villages in France.

- Bedroom 1: double bed 180x200cm, cupboard and in the prolongation :
- Bedroom 2 (children's bedroom): 1 double bed 140x190cm, cupboard
- Bathroom with basin and shower
- Separate toilet
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Bedroom 3: 2 single king size beds 110x200cm, dressing (wardrobe), cupboard, adjoining shower room with large walk-in shower – toilet – double basin. Direct access towards the terrace

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 4: double bed 160x200. It has a private terrace
- Bedroom 5: 2 single king size beds 110x200cm. It has a private terrace
- Shared bathroom with double basin - large walk-in shower and toilet

Garden level, independent stone shed about ten meters from the property:
- Bedroom 6: two single beds 90x200cm, shower, basin and toilet

Exterior:
- Large terrace with view of Ménerbes and the Provençal landscape
- Around the heated swimming pool with its local stone beach, you will be surprised by the view of the Luberon and nature
- The 10x5m swimming pool is secured by an immersion alarm and a barrier
- 10 deck chairs – teak tables and chairs – several parasols – teak terrace tables and barbecue.
This lovely property will seduce lovers of nature and calm. A haven of peace close to Ménerbes with all its shops. (press house, tobacco bar, pizzeria, restaurants, tea house, grocery store, truffle and wine house, etc.)

- Please note: rentals in high saison are made from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY
- Heated pool without extra charge, open from May to September
- Pets not allowed
- Final cleaning, linen, towels and pool towels are included in the price
- Additional cleaning at the tenant's expense. Please notify us well in advance
- The tourist tax is calculated per adult per night according to the rental price

Très mauvaise expérience. Notre première impression s’est confirmée tout au long de ce séjour

Mauvaise expérience. Cette villa bien que bien située présente un taux d’humidité très élevé. L’odeur d’humidité est limite supportable dans certaines pièces. Les plafonds très bas au rez de chaussée et l’absence de fenêtre rendent les pièces peu agréables. Le ménage laisse à désirer ainsi que l’état de la literie ( oreillers tachés sans sous taies)
