What stay?

The host did not provide the access information. Neither did he reply to the requests made for that access. Vrbo was unable to contact him to provide the access. I paid for three nights in a place I never entered. I am waiting for resolution from Vrbo in the form a full refund as well as the costs incurred to procure other arrangements on the evening of July 4th. To say this is the worst vacation experience I have ever had, is a huge understatement!
