A Great Weekend Getaway in Mena

We had a great stay at the Back Roads Barn. From the game room Foosball Tournament to the hot tub and the fire pit, this place had exactly what we needed. And Mark and Alicia qualify as true Super Hosts - maybe the best VRBO hosts we've ever had!

Outstanding place with many amenities, comfort and cleanliness. A great stocked kitchen downstairs, made it great for the adults to prepare meals while the kids played in the game room and hot tub. The quick access to the trails and large parking lot made this the ultimate place to stay.

Amazing weekend and the accommodations were top notch!

Great place to stay with separate bedrooms and bathrooms; much better than just staying in a hotel room. Great kitchen, good for cooking a meal or two so you don't have to eat out all the time. Plenty of parking for vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles. Close proximity to Iron Mountain. Excellent communication with hosts.

This place is very large and accommodates lots of people. Since all our group iwas older, the stairs were quite challenging. Owner was very helpful awas available by phone at all times. We definitely enjoyed our stay and also the easy accessibility to trail riding! older,stairsmade it challenging

This house is great! So much fun for the kids and the perfect layout!! This was our second time at this house and we’ve stayed in one other cabin by the same owner and she is so sweet and helpful and always responds immediately! We’ll be back soon!

Hands down, best hosts we've had. Super helpful & responsive! This home was perfect for our "framily" sxs weekend! Excellent access to trails, lots of room to spread out, plenty of seating, and very comfortable beds! I particularly loved all of the seating in the kitchen area! We loved having meals together!

Amazing place and amazing host!

We wanted a change of scenery and decided to do some ATV riding in the mountains. Backroads Barn was the PERFECT place for our large group. The inside is beautiful and the outside is too. Alicia was so nice and accommodating! She answered all of our crazy questions. We will for sure stay here again or in another property that Alicia and Mark own.
