Modern loft guesthouse conveniently located to all that Mena has to offer.

The main floor has a cozy sectional couch to curl up and enjoy your favorites on the Smart TV. There is a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and coffee bar with supplies for that "right at home" experience. I also like to provide a complimentary bottle of wine. Red or white, your choice... just be sure to sign and leave the cork for my collection:)
The bathroom features a roomy walk-in shower and double vanities with towels provided, plus plenty of shelving for your overnight cases.
Follow the lighted I-beam and pipe railing upstairs to the cozy loft bedroom with a queen size bed w topper, and décor that is reminiscent of the romantic feel of Paris. The room offers side tables w USB ports and outlets, a well lit desk for work or make-up, ceiling fan, closets and luggage racks as well as a full length mirror.
Outdoors you will find peaceful surroundings, a BBQ gas grill with cooking utensils, also a beckoning fire pit w 4 adirondack chairs, wood and starter provided.
I love the private country setting this property offers, yet it so close to Polk County favorite sites like riding and hiking trails which are less than 10 minutes away. The Downtown district history, arts and eats is but a 5 minute drive.

Memorial weekend getaway and this place did not disappoint. Comfy bed, modern appliances, stocked with good products not just something from dollar tree. Spacious shower and restroom was perfect for my little family, Sandra had a lot of accommodations for her guest

It was a great time for us. We had everything we could possibly need. Sandra was a wonderful host! The ONLY reason we didn’t give the best review possibles is because the posting claims one queen bed (there was) and one sofa bed. The sofa bed is actually an L shaped sofa with an ottoman that can be put in the L. However, sheets don’t fit it well. It was a great place! Very comfortable for 3. 4 is possible. Thank you!

I loved the country feel, yet loved the fact we were about 5 minutes from a Wal-Mart and Sonic. Upon arriving, we immediately saw a deer which the kids loved. It rained the night we stayed, but sleeping in the loft with a metal roof was so soothing hearing the rain drops. Sad I was only in town for a day, but me and the kids absolutely loved our stay. The hostess was super welcoming. If ever in the area again, I would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway
Clean, well kept area just on outskirt of town and safe and quiet. We walked up/down the street in evenings but was close to town if needed anything and seen deer in the timber just up the road. We were close to the Wolf pen gap trails for sxs riding and was ideal and spacious for the two of us. Great place to relax and very cozy. Loved it!!!!
