Overall the stay was fine. Extra security was different. Staff at checkin were extremely friendly and helpful. Other service staff very helpful. Bar and grill service staff were rude.

When I saw the advertisement on TV, I was really excited to go. When we got there, it did not look like TV for sure. The casino definitely looked ran down on the outside but inside it looked good and still new. The cold water in the shower did not work so the temperature was either hot or hotter! The room was fair, but definitely not a “deluxe”.

The hotel was fine: spacious room, great bath, quiet. The room could use a bit of paint, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was travelling and stayed one night coming and going. I don't gamble but stayed here because it was very reasonably priced and in a good location. That said, this is one of the most difficult places to get in and out of. It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to get to the hotel.

They would not even let us in the door because I had lost my wallet, but I had my debit card. Didn’t matter, no picture ID you couldn’t walk through the door. Very rude

I really could have stayed in the hotel and not left the entire stay. It was nice and relaxing. The food options were amazing. I just wish there was an option to have food brought to your room. If there was, when I asked it was a No. And there should not be a $25 dollar charger for a microwave in your room after the cost of the room, you have spent money down in the casino and at the restaurant options there. Overall it was a 4 out of 5. If these 2 things were available it would have be 5!

Our room had a very bad sewage smell coming in from under the door connecting to the next room. It was all we could smell the whole stay but hopefully it is a temporary issue. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.
