The entire apartment is yours. The only shared spaces on the property are the balcony, laundry room in basement, and parking lot.

Other things to note:
This is a lower unit in an old historic building - you may hear other guests walking around in the unit above you. We do have plenty of area rugs with thick pads to dampen sound and ask them to be quiet and respectful, but if this would bother you or you are a very light sleeper, we would suggest booking an upstairs unit instead.
