Welcome to Grace Landing!

Just consider this Elvis’ second home….not really, however we are convinced he would have loved it here!

ONLY 2 minutes from Graceland in the neighborhood that was built by inspiration of Graceland. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully-renovated & ready for your stay in Memphis!

With guests in mind, we created a relaxing and comfortable environment.

The 1st bedroom cozy and relaxing and features a king bed, large-screened tv. This bedroom is away from the other bedrooms and close to the patio and is all you need for a master retreat.

The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen-sized beds, generous-size closets and a TV in each room.

There is a living area with a large-screened TV and a family room with a desk for day and games & another large-screened TV for movie nights.

The kitchen is fully-stocked however we truly hope you indulge in lots of Memphis barbq and other local eats while in town! And we have lots of recommendations on great places to eat!

This really amazing neighborhood is tucked away within a bustling urban city…you won’t be disappointed by Grace Landing!

Nice quiet location. Close to Beale Street and easy access to East Memphis. Everything was wonderful. Had air conditioning problem first night but was promptly fixed. Great communication with owner. Comfortable beds and great Wi-Fi. Plenty of tvs and all the supplies we needed for a quick getaway.

This was a perfect place to stay when visiting Graceland. There is plenty of space for families to enjoy. Things to note: nice towels, snacks and coffee provided, pleasant decor, and snuggly blankets.

Wonderful Experience
The owners were really great, they worked with us when we had to cancel our 1st reservation at the last minute because of my husband's illness. Sadly he passed before we went to Memphis. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described and more. The thank you note and welcome basket were a wonderful touch. Although we did not meet the owners, they made it feel like we were friends, The location was ideal, beautiful well-kept neighborhood, located close to everything. Anyone thinking of spending time in Memphis, should definitely consider this property. Thanks for being wonderful, kind people.

Great Stay!!!
We had a great stay at this property. The location was a perfect distance from the airport and other places that we visited. The house was very clean and the amenities were great as well. Lastly, the neighborhood was quiet which made it easy to rest at night. I highly recommend this property to anyone visited Memphis with friends or family.

We really enjoyed staying at Gracelanding. The house is tastefully decorated, good beds, nice and quiet neighbourhood, very clean and wellequiped. We just missed a toaster. You get check in instructions the morning of your arrival. I can really recommend Gracelanding.

A true gem!
What an amazing property. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfy cozy. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need and top of the line appliances. We really enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit in the huge backyard. The neighborhood is quiet with huge trees. Close to everything! We loved every minute of our trip and would definitely stay at Grace Landing again.
