Everyone and Everything was Excellent. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile even though we checked in around Midnight coming from Knoxville. The breakfast staff Ms Duffie and Michelle made us feel right at home. Rooms were Superb and comfortable. Parking was great.

Everything was very good. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn’t have a vehicle but we had only planned to go to Graceland. The hotel provided shuttle service for that. If you wanted to go to other places, like Beale St etc. you would need a vehicle or get a taxi.

Free shuttle to & from.the airport & to Graceland & back. We were greeted by happy, friendly staff. Room was clean & they kept it clean with fresh towels daily. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The manager Tina Minor drove us to Marlowe's to meet friends when we couldn't get there on time.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast ladies are amazing, they really take pride in what they do and they couldn't be more kind. I had an issue with the dryer, and they were so responsive. I will definitely stay here again. There isn't much in terms of food/restaurants nearby.
