Absolutely stunning 2BR condo in the middle of downtown! Beautiful floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall windows and 16 foot skylights make this amazing penthouse so unique!
New listing - renovated condo, that looks just like the photos (well, actually better). Designer furniture and original art throughout the condo.

Perfectly situated in Downtown Memphis near Madison and Main at Historic Court Square. Top Floor Condo with wrought iron balcony overlooking the park and trolleys traveling on Main Street. Walking distance to any downtown locations and fast cheap UBER rides around town. You can actually see the Peabody Roof sign from the back bedroom. Only one block from the famous Rendezvous and another few blocks to Beale Street, FedEx Forum and Mud Island. Across from Court Square, above Blue Plate Cafe (best breakfast in Memphis), around the corner from Walgreen's, Rachel's Salon, Felicia Suzanne's, Flight, McEwen's, to name a few!

Great host and beautiful condo

Very modern, artsy condo. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location close to the Peabody Hotel and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and Beale St. Would definitely stay there again if I get back to Memphis. Also, the host was very nice and accommodating.

Great Memphis Stay

Location was close to lots of bars and restaurants. There was lots of room for the 4 of us and everything was extremely clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Had plenty of privacy with the 2 master bedroom/bathroom locations.

March was a bit chilly :) Very accessible location. Short rides with Uber to many attractions. Only 20mins from Graceland in Uber ride. Jon the host was always a text away for any questions. Yes we would stay here again.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed the property! The condo was clean and furnished well. They had beautiful art throughout the condo. The condo was located in the heart of the city and is walking distance to most of the city’s landmarks. Will definitely book again whenever I am in Memphis.

Marvelous time in Memphis

This charming artistically decorated condo is perfect for staying in Memphis. Close to everything by walking or jump on the cable car. A great respite in the evenings right across from a beautiful park. A joy to stay here for sure.

A delightful condo right downtown!

What a great place! You never know what you’ll get when you book something you’ve never seen, but this was a real gem! So clean, bright and comfortable! Very well furnished, beautifully decorated and very convenient to attractions downtown. Perfect for 2 couples traveling together! Definitely recommend!

Great Memphis Penthouse!

My wife and I spent 3 nights here and just loved the property. It was quite big for just the two of us and could easily host a family or two couples. We used the kitchen for making coffee and breakfast. The expansive living room with the skylights is just so awesome. Easy to walk to many restaurants and to Beale Street area. This was our first time in Memphis and glad we had this place to call 'home' for a few days.

Perfect accommodation (especially for Rhodes families)

Exceptional in every way. Walkable to Beale and restaurants -- we also walked to Mud Island but we are adventurous. Host was impeccable. I can’t recommend more highly.
