Clean rooms, friendly staff. Beds are too firm for my liking. Also duvet on the bed definitely needs to be addressed. Pool was nice but not very clean. Lots of bugs and debris in the pool. We were there for 4 days. Also be aware that if you do not have your own transportation there are no Taxi service only Uber and Lyft.

The room and facility was very very nice. The staff was nice for the most part. The information center lady was not very nice, and the shuttle bus driver was just annoyed with everyone. I would go back though!

The roads leading into the area were in bad shape and the area surrounding the hotel wasn’t much better. We had a very rude and none enthusiastic check in with a staff member. The valet parking attendants and bellhop were the only staff members that were welcoming and cordial. The cleaning staff took over 30 minutes for (2) basic requests. The lights flickered in our rooms intermittently and the carpet walking in was worn so badly from years of foot traffic. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off in so many locations from prior water leaks that it was concerning. Really made you feel like your dollar is really going the extra mile. It was just a pit stop on a cross country trip, but I wish the Hotel forewarned me about the area in the description. Expedia needs a crime rating next to the Hotels. May not be conducive for booking more hotels, but beneficial in my opinion. While security’s continuous patrols of the parking lot made me feel somewhat better about my car overnight, the area surrounding Graceland has fallen into disarray. The welcome center for Memphis which is less than a mile from the Hotel had an abandoned building next door with a windowless SUV broken down in front of it. All the businesses within a mile of it were abandoned or beyond repair.

Elvis is in the building!! Tour Graceland from the Guesthouse facility, grab a croissant breakfast,dine in 2 different venues..and enjoy evening cocktails listening to live combo in grand lobby....all in one beautiful place with wonderful staff!
