"The staff was helpful. It was very easy to register and find my room. The only thing I was confused about was the pool. You do not have access when you book the room, it is an add- on. We didn’t mind because we had plans all weekend. 35 minute commute to Salem and about 25 minute commute back. "

"The staff, from an original phone call, with a question, until check out could not have been more amazing. Personable, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic are just of the few ways I would describe them. From the moment we arrived until we left we were engaged in an amazing way. We loved Betsy Lynn at the desk and her colleague, Vereema. Next time I am Boston we will choose to stay at the Midtown for the staff alone, although the beds and room were extremely comfortable.
