The apartment Valentin is located in a rural area outside of Mölten (Meltina). The 35m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. It is possible to take riding courses in the nearby riding stables (8 years and older) or go on a relaxing carriage ride. There are also many hiking routes near the property (suitable for prams). In addition, the unique "Salewa" climbing hall offers a unique experience for all family members, and there is also the summer toboggan run in the "Merano 2000" hiking area. The nearest restaurant is 3 minutes away by car (2.5 km), as is the nearest supermarket. The spa town of Merano (Meran) is 35 minutes by car (30km) awayn, and Bolzano (Bozen) airport is 30 minutes by car (27.1 km).
