Take a premium seaside address in the Whitecliffs of Rye, combine it with a modern luxury home with bay views, and your holiday begins at this stunning bayside property just 350 metres from the beach.

​The entry foyer leads to an elevator (and staircase) which takes you to two further levels of spacious luxury. On the first level, four bedrooms (including the master with walk-in robe, ensuite and balcony) will comfortably accommodate 10 guests with additional daybed and trundles. The second master bedroom includes a sitting/television area for a quiet retreat and looks directly on to the lush lawns of the enclosed garden which has rear access to the beach. Adjacent lies a well-proportioned living area with kitchenette, wall-mounted television and double daybed.

Floor to ceiling glass doors open to a large undercover north-facing entertaining area, equipped with a built in BBQ and comfortable furniture to relax and unwind. Servicing this level is a striking central bathroom, including free-standing bath, and separate powder room. The top-level features expansive open-plan dining and living, with gas log fire, wall-mounted television, air conditioning and a powder room. The chef's kitchen will delight any home cook with gas appliances, butler's pantry, stone bench tops, breakfast bar and coffee machine. The upper rear decking includes an alfresco kitchen with plumbed gas BBQ, outdoor dining and lounge furnishings and, of course, the spectacular views across the bay!

Features include double remote garage, plenty of additional off-street parking, gas ducted heating, double glazed windows and doors and internal acoustic insulation. A rear pathway leads to an easy 350 metre stroll to the pristine, family-friendly Whitecliffs foreshore.

Super Spacious and great location

This home was big enough for 2 families to stay comfortably with multiple living spaces, short walk to beach and rye shops/cafes and an great host who was extremely accommodating. We loved out stay, wish it was longer!

Such a beautiful property.

If you want a taste of fancy, this is the property for you. The property was super clean had everything you needed for a short or long stay. A great location that's just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
