  • Beautiful modern period conversion townhouse in the heart of Collingwood near Victoria Parade end. It is also right next to the food and entertainment precinct on Smith and Gertrude Street. It is literally a 10min walk to the CBD and 2 mins by car. There are trams just a minute walk from the doorstep on Gertrude and Victoria Parade and takes you straight to the CBD. Also walkable to the MCG and various Parks. Property has 2 bedroom upstairs with a living area with a sofa bed. A seperate dining and kitchen with bathroom and laundry downstairs. There is also a large backyard for outdoor dining.
