With the stunning bay foreshore just minutes away from this Rosebud family holiday home, you'll have plenty of chances to spread out your beach towel and enjoy the feel of sand between your toes. Relaxation is at the forefront of this property’s design!

The surrounding green spaces provide ample room for kids to run and play. The all-weather outdoor area, furnished for comfort, is the perfect spot for unwinding and enjoying BBQ meals while planning your activities.

Inside, the home is modern and bright, featuring a fully tiled open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area that combines functionality with comfort, all complemented by ducted air conditioning. The decor reflects the beautiful aqua tones of the bay, with coordinating throw rugs, cushions, and candles. Three sunny and charming bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed, accommodating up to six guests. A family bathroom is conveniently located to serve the home.

Please note that guests will need to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and towels, or you can contact us to arrange optional linen service.

Within minutes, you can be at the beach, enjoying a boat ride on Port Phillip Bay, or exploring the many fantastic local cafes and restaurants. Venture a bit further, and you’ll discover a world of nature, local produce, arts and crafts, and perhaps even a great winery or two along the way!

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

Strictly No parties

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
