  • This unique villa is only one of a kind in Rye. Ideal for large family/group gatherings, it has 2 kitchens, 3 living areas and 4 bathrooms. Completely renovated and interior beautifully furnished with a manicured garden.

    There are two separate homes on one block. Positioned between the Rye Bay and Ocean back beaches,
    These homes has two private balcony and separate entrance. With free wifi and, spilt system, ducted heater and wall heater. 1 min drive from Rye beach, 6 minutes drive from Peninsula Hot Springs. Dunes Golf Link and wineries are nearby.

    At night you can light up firepit for a relaxing, warmth, laughter, story telling and forget the daily stress of life.
