Escape to your own coastal haven, where relaxation, fun, and connection come together beautifully. This unique property is ideal for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the best of the Mornington Peninsula lifestyle. Set amongst native gardens, this property offers an inviting heated pool, outdoor bath and shower, and a rustic-inspired terrace complete with a pizza oven — perfect for long, laughter-filled evenings under the stars.

Inside, the warm and earthy palette creates a calming atmosphere, with neutral furnishings and coastal décor. The open-plan living and dining area is complemented by a contemporary kitchen and casual breakfast bar, while air conditioning ensures comfort year-round. The separate games room provides endless entertainment for both adults and kids, with table tennis, arcade games, and basketball challenges to enjoy.

Bedding configuration:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)
(These rooms are upstairs with air conditioning in the hallway to cool the bedrooms)

Bedroom 4: Two single bunk beds (located in the detached games room/shed)

Perfectly located just a short drive from both the front and back beaches of Rye, this property offers easy access to Blairgowrie’s village cafés, the Peninsula Hot Springs, world-class golf courses, and the region’s renowned wineries.

Well behaved pet welcome with prior approval.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)

Just a few little things

Property was great game’s room fantastic It would be nice to have a little suit case stand in each of the main bedrooms and maybe a mirror down stairs to put make up on when bathroom is in useA dust pan and broom as we had to use the one from games room
