Modern New town house in sort after Martha Cove, 100 metres to water, 10 minutes walk to popular Safety Beach. Stylish decorated, spacious and comfortable for families.
Four Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a shared pool in complex. The townhouse is fully air conditioned, it has modern fully equiped kitchen. Off Street Parking.
Walk to Lagoon Boardwalk, Marthas Table Restaurant (100 metres) and bar. Its a great place to base yourself on Mornington Peninsula, beach or a tour of the wineries!
The Space
Guests are welcome to use all of the house. The Space includes:
Level 1 : Entry level with Bedroom with Queen Bed. Access to converted rumpus room in garage from hallway.
Level 2 : Main Living, modern fully equiped kitchen, dining and large balcony with dining, day bed, bar, bbq, bathroom
Level 3: Master with ensuite, Bedroom 2 (Double), Bedroom 3 (bunks) and full bathroom. A porta cot is available.
Guest Access:
Guests will need to park infront of property, Garage is not available. They have full use of shared pool.
