Modern & clean 2-bedroom home in the heart of Essendon. Enjoy open-plan living, king & queen bed, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, smart tv, laundry and free parking.
🌳 Local Lifestyle – Stroll to North Essendon Village or enjoy leafy walks around the neighborhood. Essendon North Farmers Market is on every third Sunday of the month in Lincoln Park which is 4 mins drive from the unit.
House Rules-
NO SMOKING/VAPING/Incense stick burning- Any evidence of smoking/vaping/Incense stick burning would cause a penalty of 300 AUD.
NO PETS: This unit doesn’t allow pets to stay. You will be charged for this penalty for extra cleaning requirements.
NO PARTIES: Please do not make loud noise, because it may affect neighbours. Penalties may apply for party, room damage or messy room. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safely will be your responsibility.
Please treat our home with care and respect, just as you would your own.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Strict No-Shoes Policy Indoors- Leave Shoes in designated shoe cabinet outside in lockable shoe cabinet.
We do not provide daily Linen change during your stay. If you require a new set of Linen during your stay, there will be a $35 charge per Linen pack.
Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you on the day before your check in date.
LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the unit, we would charge $100 for attending the unit and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith- payable by yourself).
Upon Checkout- • Please load and run the dishwasher • Remove any leftover food from the fridge • Leave used beds unmade – no need to strip sheets • Place used towels in the laundry basket • Empty bins (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms) and place bags in the outdoor bin. • Turn off lights, appliances, and heating/cooling • Close and lock all windows and doors & Return the key to the lockbox and scramble the code.
