The area is amazingly quiet. Everything is very handy -- we walked to dinner on racecourse red, walked to Flemington racecourse, and walked barely 5 minutes to an amazing cafe for breakfast. The townhouse is very comfortable.

Quiet in Kensington

Great neighbourhood, so quiet among little streets and laneways! Townhouse is good, a little tired, and some minor niggles with taps not turning off properly and with 2 toilets - but only one bathroom. Beds were comfy. Check in and out were smooth and flexible. Communication was good.
