Initial reaction was not great, however this property was suitably comfortable to stay for a short period. The toilet was miles away from the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. There were alot of structural defects and gaps in the walls. Many of the windows did not have fly screens. Some power points did not work. No fans, backyard was overgrown and no clothes line. Despite all this, the communication from the host was excellent and the TV was large and reliable internet. Kitchen was renovated. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend as a basic accommodation option in Melbourne.
