Beautiful Villa No. 2 has doors opening to its own private garden with sun lounges and alfresco dining on the merbau entertaining deck, fitted with an outdoor kitchen and mains connected BBQ. The rear courtyard features a hot outdoor shower to wash off the sand and salt water after a day at the beach. Inside you will find an open plan sitting room beautifully decorated with contemporary interior design features, giving a relaxed, luxe coastal feel. It also features a cosy gas log fireplace to enjoy on the cooler evenings. VILLA FEATURES: The two bedrooms offer luxury bed linen and ample space to relax. The main bedroom features a King bed, and in the second bedroom there are 2 Long Single beds. Set up for couples and families, the Villa has a fully appointed kitchen with coffee machine, which makes for an effortless home away from home experience. Villa No. 1 and Villa No.2 have a private gate connecting them and can accommodate up to 11 people between the 2 Villas. This provides the perfect holiday accommodation for extended families or friends, enabling you to enjoy each other's company whilst also having privacy to relax in your own fully self-contained Villa. The Villas offer a sanctuary to recuperate and escape the stresses of everyday life, with an easy 3 minute walk to the Bay beach and Blairgowrie Village with restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques and a supermarket. Blairgowrie and the Peninsula offers an array of activities including sailing, fishing, golf and the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, only ten minutes drive away. Amazing property and the location is unreal! 3 minute walk to the shops and beach. Could not find a better spot. Property was clean and spacious for our family of 3 and backyard was a hit with our 16 month old. Great grassed area, plenty of shade and all on one level. Outdoor shower was also enjoyable. Highly recommend this property to couples and families. A great time had!
Very clean, kid friendly, easy access to the beaches and walking tracks. The interior and landscaping was beautiful.

Wonderful place to stay and location was perfect!
We had a beautiful family holiday over Australia Day weekend. The place was clean, great outdoor area with BBQ and was in the perfect location. You are 2 minutes away from Blairgowrie shops and the beach which makes everything easy to access.
It's a great modern place to stay and we would love to stay there again soon.

A Great Stay...
This stay was our 2nd at the Capella Villa's and we just love it here.
The villas are well furnished and have all the kitchen and entertaining wares you need to stay in for meals, plus a great BBQ and outdoor area to use when the sun is shining. The indoor and outdoor furniture and bedding are all quality and very comfortable, there were even some little extras like books and games to keep ourselves and the kids occupied.
The location is perfect for a swim at the front beach, or a short walk to grab a coffee or lunch. The Blairgowrie shops are 2 minutes walk and has everything you need and more, with several restaurants to choose from if you don't want to cook.
Villa 2 was perfect for our small group of 4.
About to book again for another stay with a bigger group this time and look forward to seeing Villa 1 and the amazing styling that we have experienced in Villas 2 and 3.

Beautifully presented property
Loved staying the weekend here with a couple of girlfriends, I will be sure to bring my husband and 3 children back. I think the 2nd bedroom would be more suited for children but still comfortable.
