Blairgowrie Bella is a renovated, light-filled, and luxuriously furnished large 3 bedroom house nestled in a quiet street amongst the tea-tree in Blairgowrie. It is perfect for couples on a romantic weekend away, families on a holiday or a golf/girls trip away.
HOUSE FEATURES:
Featuring enormous bedrooms with new comfortable mattresses, ceiling fans, heating, TV's and top quality linens. Choose from either a king bed, queen bed or queen with bunk beds, the 3 rooms have a configuration to suit couples on a romantic weekend away, families on a holiday or a golf/girls trips away.
The home has a cozy new open firewood heater, heating and air-conditioning, and comfortable seating for all guests in the large entertaining areas. Combined with Foxtel and a massive DVD collection, this house is well equipped for some well-earned downtime.
Outside is a large enclosed back garden to keep the kids and pets safe. Ideally positioned off the dining/lounge area is a private deck with a 4 burner BBQ for easy outdoor entertaining, your morning coffee or soaking up the afternoon sun.
A luxurious walk-in rain shower and stand-alone bath gives you an opportunity to indulge, while a renovated kitchen with a walk-in pantry, dishwasher, coffee machine and a 10 seater dining table will satisfy the home chefs and entertainers. Additionally, a convenient laundry complete with washer and dryer to ensure the towels are ready for the beach the next day.

Thanks Kaylene and Craig for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your holiday home! As always in great condition with all the supplies required for a stay. The fence is all safe for the doggos as well and well maintained.
Blairgowrie Bella was a lovely home in a great position with excellent facilities. They had thought of everything from the wireless chargers in master bedroom to the bbq and air conditions. Located in a quite street within walking distance to both front and back beaches.we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend.
Fantastic modern cottage equipped with everything our small family needed. Will definitely go back.

A Nice Stay At Blairgowrie
Our stay was OK and the floorplan is good. But the property was clearly advertised as having 2 bathrooms when the reality is 1 bathroom. This is a key point for us when we make a booking. We could not get the microwave door to open, spent much time on this before giving up. The DVD player is problematic. We use Stayz alot and will continue to do so.
The property was in a great location and good for a couple. Kitchen and Lounge Area were A1. Effective AC Units in Bedroom and Living Area. King Bed which was not up to standard hence we were a little sleep deprived. The renovated Bathroom had a "shearing shed" rain head which was very average. Unfortunately no outdoor shower
We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Blairgowrie. It was a great house for a family. The furnishings were comfortable and the decor appealing. The well equipped kitchen, the staple supplies provided in the pantry and the assortment of toys were all very welcome. On the down side, the lighting in the bedrooms was poor only having lights on the fan. Also the dead pot plant that greeted us at the front door on arrival was not at all welcoming!

Property suited our needs perfectly. Loved the layout of the property with living and sleeping quarters well separated. Added luxury of a fire in the cooler months made it a cosy stay. Well equipped kitchen made meal times easy.
