- Newly renovated house 3 minute walk to beach and 5 minute walk to Mount Martha village
Has an upstairs retreat with double bed tv couch and split system heating and cooling.
Downstairs has 3 bedrooms ,large living room ,seperate dining room and kitchen.
Large private front yard and backyard with undercover bbq and entertaining area with outdoor table and chairs Check in 10am check out 4 pm
