The property is on .64 acre shared property with a main house and 2 cottages. Excellent location across the street from the gorgeous Indian River and walking distance to Bonefish Willy`s Restaurant (at 2459 Pineapple Ave) and 1 mile from small town with several river front park, local shops and restaurants called the `Eau Gallie Art District`
