Gorgeous place to stay. Literally on the beach!

We had the best and most relaxing time. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. We took long walks on the sand while our kids played in the water. We even saw a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! There’s cute restaurants and shops in each direction. I would highly recommend.

The property was great and it was nice and clean. One thing to note; a few more wash clothes and hand towels, toilet paper, and trash bags would be great. We had 6 people staying there for 5 days so we had to go get more. Thanks

Stay Here Only if You are Out of All Options in the Melbourne Beach Area. Not worth your Money!!!!

Good - House location, beach, template check-in instructions, no dirt, sand, dead insects or hair visually observed, outdoor decking / furniture in good condition, and indoor kitchen equipment in general functioning order.Bad: False advertising - Bedroom 1 (larger room) bed is a Queen and not a King. 2 Full bathrooms are both common and not dedicated to any bedrooms. Bathroom towards living room had a stinking human urine smell. One of the bathroom towels had a blood like dark red spots. We did not use that towel. Sleeping is not for 12 adults. This house will accommodate 8 adults and 3 children at max. Bathroom door squeaked and at night we heard it every time someone went to use the bathroom. AC does not function well. Bedrooms are much cooler than Living room/Kitchen. Kitchen exhaust is useless as it recirculates smoke. If you open the glass doors to let smoke out, then mosquitoes from outside gets inside. Kitchen items were very scarce. Basic items like scissors were missing. No shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, shower caps, hand soap, were provided. Mattress in Bedroom 2 had pee stains (we observed when we removed bed sheets based on closeout instructions). Sleeper sofa had food crumbs that we had to clean upon opening it during us preparing to sleep. Sleeper sofa slopes in the middle making it difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Overall Penthouse looked dated along with its furniture (had stains). Owner communication sucked as well, not very helpful...
