Melbourne Beach House and Basement Apt on 1.2 acres ocean front

Our home was built in 1957 and while we continuously maintain, update, and thoroughly clean it, it retains the charm and character of an older beach house.

What truly makes this home special is its exceptional beachfront location. Step outside and enjoy a beautiful, quiet, tranquil, and largely unspoiled stretch of natural beach—the perfect place to relax, unwind, and experience the peaceful side of coastal Florida. Guests who appreciate nature, privacy, and a classic beach-house atmosphere consistently tell us that the location is what keeps them coming back.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Main house upstairs (sleeps 8) with basement apartment down below (sleeps 4) with separate entrances. Perfect for multiple families and friends. This beach front house sits on a 1.2 acre property also shared by another townhouse. Sleeps a total of 12 comfortably. Property has no neighbors to south or north which is a state protected natural space.

Melbourne Beach has some of Florida's finest beaches, peaceful, charming, nature abounds, clear water, pristine unspoiled beaches. Sit back and relax, take a swim, buggy board, surf, fish or do nothing but take in tropical scenery. This beach front house sits on a 1.2 acre property also shared by two townhouses. With three bedrooms a sofa bed, two full bathrooms and all the comforts of home it sleeps 8 very comfortably. The fully furnished apartment has a queen bed and a sofa bed to comfortably sleep four.

The beach house is appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.), linens, towels, beach towels, wifi, two televisions (one in living area, one in the main bedroom). There is also a coffee maker, a Keurig, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher and we keep on hand various condiments for your use. Also have a new washing machine a dryer on the property for your use.

The apartment is also fully furnished and has a full kitchen and bathroom. Queen bed and sofa bed complete the sleeping arrangements.

Most mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shimmering sun light just before dawn. Sit on the beach deck and allow the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze to let your imagination wisk you away to dreamland. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in one of our adirondack chairs.

Our area relies on well water, our well is hundreds of feet below ground, water is treated on a regular basis even though sometimes it will have a light odour. For drinking we get you started by providing some bottled water, in addition a five gallon dispenser helps provide water for cooking, it can be refilled at local Publix’s supermarket up the road five to seven minutes.

Property has no neighbors to south or north which is a state protected natural space. There is another townhouse on property for rent.

Please note if you are planning to hold a event the owner must be advised in advance and you must pay a $350 USD event fee in advance. Guest will also be responsible for all clean up related to event.
