Pool is not fenced, and easily accessible from the house. All children and non-swimmers are required to be supervised at all times. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

The heated pool maintains a temperature of approximately 80°F. However, air temperature, sun, and wind affect outdoor pools. You may notice swings of a few degrees, especially after cool nights.

Melbourne Beach is boater friendly. However, this home does not offer boating access.
