Charming Home directly on Private Beach

Relax and unwind in this elegant yet comfortable beach home sanctuary by the sea. The Nantucket style living room is divided into two cozy seating areas with smart TV and breathtaking views of the ocean throughout the area. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a large (seats 12) restoration hardware table and chairs. The open floor plan throughout creates a free flowing layout synonymous with the laid back lifestyle.

The large master bedroom has king size bed and additional sofa and desk, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi, walk in closet and large apple TV. On the Southern part of home are two bedrooms; one with queen bed and ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom with 2 bunk beds perfect for kids and an adjacent bathroom.

Outside the rear yard overlooking the ocean is a large deck accessible via sliding doors. Features several sitting and dining area, perfect place to enjoy sunrise coffee or an afternoon glass of wine overlooking the ocean waves. Outdoor commodities include; barbecue volleyball net, surfboards, kayaks, bikes, paddle boards and much more.

his home is minutes away from multiple restaurants , as well as beautiful Aquarina Golf and Country Club.

Lovely Beach Home

We loved staying at this home with our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The house is a quintessential beach home with ample space and all the comforts needed. Walking out the back doors to the sand and waves was spectacular. Property owner was very responsive with any questions we had.The nearest markets and restaurants are 10-15 min away so plan accordingly.

Wonderful place and outstanding host

Staying here was like walking into a family's beach house--fully stocked kitchen, shelves full of books, and a garage overflowing with fishing rods, bicycles, and surfboards. Perfect for families, especially the gathering places inside and out, and the enormous dining room table big enough for an extended family (and with a beautiful view of the ocean). We spent most of our time out on the patio, which is right at the edge of the dunes, so you're almost on the beach. And the neighborhood is wonderful. If you've never been to Melbourne Beach, check it out! Sebastian Inlet (surfing/fishing) is just a few miles south, and the surfing right out in front of the house is outstanding. Across A1A, there's kayaking and SUPing on the lagoon/Indian River, where you can see dolphins and manatees. If you want more of a social life, Melbourne Beach restaurants are just a short drive north. Finally, I have to give a shout out to our host, who was so responsive and helpful. There was some confusion about our check in and getting the place ready, but Lourdes responded to a text immediately and got everything sorted. Throughout out stay, she was always available, and always so helpful!
