Wonderful getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. The hot tub is huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. The private beach, which is basically across the street, was gorgeous and uncrowded, and chairs, boogie boards, etc. are provided - even bikes! Our host was super responsive, a pleasure to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed. You should know that it's about a 10 minute drive to the closest supermarket, restaurants, etc., and a bit farther into "town," but staying at this lovely property was totally worth the extra drive. Highly recommended.

Post Christmas Getaway

We had a great 3-day stay at the Beachside Bungalow as a little vacation within our vacation (we spend the holidays with family in Cocoa). Our daughter loved the place - she had her own little area, and a huge driveway for practicing with her rollerskates and scooter.Property is a brief walk to a an uncrowded beach access and immediate access to the bike trail. Wrap around porches are fantastic with a hot tub and ample seating area. My one recommendation to the owner would be to consider hanging a hammock or two to further take advantage of the awesome outdoor space. Super property for getting out and about at places like Sebastian Inlet, the various hammock hikes, sea turtle conservancy, etc. Owner provides all the info you need upfront, but for those like me who miss the fine print - she's very responsive to questions.

The bungalow was totally charming, very well maintained and felt like a private oasis! All of the appliances, fixtures and furniture was excellent quality. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to even prepare a gourmet meal. The bed in the master was amazing, might just have to reach out for the brand!! My family said all the other beds were great. We were visiting for a "Celebration of Life" and didn't get to spend as much time enjoying all of the amenities...but my sisters lives only a mile away and we will definitely be back to enjoy it more fully. Lastly Miriam our host was graciously spot on in her communication from beginning to end!
