"Our family spent just one night at the hotel, but wished we could have stayed longer. The location is unbeatable though getting there by public transport may be a challenge. We drove and there was enough parking even though it was shared with beach-goers. The hotel itself has only two spots by its entrance.Service was excellent and check-in was quick and efficient. "Very good view against the Sakurajima island. Exceptional location. Parking fee is 1000 yen per night and it has a pretty big parking lot near the Lawson if the covered parking lot is full. Very good breakfast for about $27 two adults and two kids."
"We had a fantastic stay here with our two year old and four month old. The baths were great and also had a sauna and cold pool, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were superb and there was a menu in English. Our host Sarina was wonderful. The hot sand onsen is a short walk from the hotel and was very easy to get to. We loved the small touches for the children with the kids’ yukata robe and Anpanman slippers and the manager brought our car right to the front to help us load up in the rain.
