Exceptional! Hotel Van Cleef is pure magic. The divine hotel itself, the amazing staff, the location. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bruges is a magnificent town, and this hotel is the perfect place to stay there.

First time visiting Belgium and I stayed here, staff were very friendly and funny. Breakfast was lovely and we chilled out in the bar some evenings. I felt very welcome and the staff are a credit t this hotel. :)

Carlton was great, so handy to the train station, 20 minute stroll into the old town, staff were so helpful giving some site seeing tips. Certainly value for money and have no issues recommending a stay
