Welcome to Villa Vista ,  a brand-new luxury villa in the heart of Medulin, perfectly designed for larger groups of up to 45 guests. The villa offers 18 elegantly furnished bedrooms and can accommodate 36 main + 9 additional guests, making it an ideal choice for school groups, multiple families, corporate teams, as well as engagements, small weddings, or special celebrations.Located just 500 meters from the sea, this modernly designed villa exudes luxury and comfort. From the balconies, guests can enjoy stunning sea views, while the carefully selected furniture and high-quality craftsmanship create the perfect sense of relaxation and elegance.On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with a large table for group gatherings. This area also includes two bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional bathroom in the hallway.The first floor features a large entertainment room equipped with table football, billiards, and a PlayStation 5 console – perfect for relaxation and socializing. On the same floor, there are four more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second and third floors each include six bedrooms and two bathrooms, for a total of 18 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, and some are equipped with TVs for added comfort and privacy. Additional guests can be accommodated on large sofa beds or extra beds.A special highlight of the villa is the large 78 m² swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing under the sun. The outdoor area includes spacious dining tables, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a barbecue – perfect for summer evenings and gatherings in the open air. Parking is available for 10 to 15 cars.The villa is currently in the process of being furnished and completing the remaining outdoor works. The full completion of the works is planned no later than March 15, 2026. Upon request, we can provide guests with additional photos to keep them informed about the progress of the works.
