Be prepared for many steps to climb or be sure to ask for a room on lower floors. Extremely spacious room. Nicely laid out. Traditional bathroom though no actual shower, only a shower head laying in the bath and no shower curtain which proved awkward and inconvenient. You don't get flat screen TVs and mini bars but you do get a comfy clean bed, a simple breakfast and a warm welcome from the owner as well as a great location to explore Essauoira from. For the money paid, this is an absolute bargain. It is not 5 star luxury but if you just want a bed for the night you really can't go wrong"

"A mixed review. We had to book two rooms as we are engaged but not married. We paid for two, but only used one. Apparently their culture and Norms. No mention of this on hotels.com website. The hotel is in real need of a good deep clean and an update. It was filthy. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The price was good and the breakfast was very good and is included in the rate. Be careful of the extra euro 2.50 city per person per room! Also the exchange rate the hotel gives when...
