"It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable.
Evening meals were standard but we both had cheese omelette and chips, which were delicious.
Our two small dogs enjoyed the room as well.
One small downside is that the GPS took us down some country lanes, some unmade, whereas there was a much more direct route. Not the fault of the owners though."

"I loved my stay here. I had the superior double room, which was beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the snacks and coffee that were lovingly provided every day. The exterior is unique and gorgeous. I did not have the chance to eat at the restaurant, but I enjoyed eating a peaceful lunch outside at the tables. I recommend this place 100%. "

They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. One thing, the windows open outwards with the opening starting only 6 inches from the floor on the third floor with a nothing to stop someone falling out.
