"We were only a late overnight for travel but staff were very nice one of the cleanest rooms I have seen in a ling time. (Including some high end hotels) They shoul be very, very proud of their cleaning staff!"

"I met Ian, I think he was a manager. A very polite and extremely helpful guy. Always smiling and went way above his duty when he made me a coffee because the coffee in the reception area was cold. Other staffs who remember who were very helpful was a lady called Doreen. She cleans the room at the highest quality. And was very accommodating when I requested extra towels. "
