The room was clean - and very nice. The staff (front desk) very nice, friendly. Unfortunately the entire experience was ruined and I’ll never go back to that location. Our room was literally a stone’s throw away from the major I-5 off/on ramp into and out of town. The traffic noise was constant, obnoxious, and loud. Adding insult to injury the walls are paper thin so in addition to the non stop traffic I got to enjoy the loud ass t.v. And even louder conversations from the room next to us literally all.night.long. Absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor and go one street further up to the holiday inn express
