Se encuentra a una cuadra del coliseo cubierto (estadio) y de la parte deportiva del municipio de Santa Fe de Antioquia, contando con canchas de tenis, futbol y un gimnasio al aire libre, y a cuadra y media está la iglesia de San Martín de Porres. Adicionalmente, en las cercanías del alojamiento se sitúan supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes con toda comodidad, farmacias, peluquerías, entre otros.
Es un lugar tranquilo con un clima muy saludable de días soleados a una temperatura de 30 grados centígrados, es decir un clima caliente seco muy bueno para tu confort.
