"Very attentive staff. Very nice breakfast, with eggs if you would like them. Lorena was very helpful at check in and looked after are needs throughout our 3 day stay. Since the hotel is in Santa Fe but not right at central square, not noisy at night and close to highway to Medellín to get back to Medellin from Santa Fe."

"Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again."
