"Very comfortable hotel rooms, good value breakfast and dinner, really friendly and helpful staff, and wonderful vibe with all the hikers. Great base to explore the national park whether you are a seasoned trekker wanting to leave some luggage before a multiday hike or a family trip up the chairlift"
"Elizabeth was excellent helping us check in and we ended up upgrading to the jacuzzi. It was well worth it and a wonderful place I was lucky enough to enjoy the northern lights from.
Food menu was limited but lovely and reasonable prices including the bar. "
"Presented really well and was clean staff were friendly however EVERYTHING costs a fortune and is NOT included. $600AUD FOR 2 people to do any activity that goes for approx 2 hours. Breakfast is not served until 8am so if leaving early your told bad luck. Village is far away from reception and breakfast was mediocre "

"The pleasant experience starts at the check-in reception. The staff are cheerful and friendly. Always ready to answer our queries. Buffet breakfast is provided. We visited Santa Claus and the Arctic Circle line. Posted cards home at the Post Office with their unique stamps. The cabins are clean although a little dated. The room is large and nicely lighted on the outside. The shops are reasonable in prices although the restaurant is more pricey. I would recommend this place especially if you like Santa Claus or have children. "
"I had a great experience at the Elite Hotel Frost. This was helped, I’m sure, by the fact that I was given a free upgrade to a premium room. The front desk staff were delightful. The lobby was very cozy (giving it a somewhat different feel from the Scandic Hotel around the corner). The restaurant had excellent Lapland-themed meals for dinner and a traditional Swedish breakfast with lots of options (including vegan ones).
I loved the design of my room, which was simultaneously upscale and contemporary, but also really brought the feeling of nature into the room. The bed was comfortable, and they had a “pillow menu,” so guests with different preferences could choose the firmness and thickness that worked best for them. The bathroom, similarly, had a stand-out design, with nice use of indirect lighting… and a towel warmer.
Being a new hotel, the whole place was impeccable. The newness had its downsides, as the hotel was still a work in progress. The parking garage was not completed (which was fine, since I was there in August and not the snowy months). The spa was open (pool and sauna), but had not yet started offering spa treatments.
On the whole, I liked the Elite Frost better than the Scandic, where I stayed last year, though the free upgrade maybe makes this an unfair comparison. Elite Hotel Frost will be my hotel of choice when in Kiruna."
"Absolute wonderful experience. The location is great, the rooms are well appointed and cozy. Breakfast was nice and I loved the trails right by the hotel. I visited the spa and it was amazing and definitely worth the booking. If I return to Kiruna this will be my go to hotel. "
