Fairmont Pittsburgh

4.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1012)
"Great location in downtown Pittsburgh! The hotel staff is EXCELLENT - especially RYAN! We arrived early (Noon) knowing that check in was at 4pm. Ryan was so helpful and checked our luggage so we could start our tour bus fun! Around 1:30 pm, I received a text message from Ryan that our room was ready and he had our luggage delivered to our room so it was available upon our return from our ventures! He was so helpful and polite! Great customer service! Thank you!"

Omni William Penn Hotel

4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1566)
"We always choose the Omni William Penn Hotel when we stay in town. Its elegance is a magnet, and the rooms are clean and beautiful, not cookie-cutter hotel rooms. The shower and pillows are great (both of which are high on my ratings list!). Even though I live in Sewickley (11 miles away!), we like to stay in town once in a while just for the adventure of it. Thank you for a terrific night!"

The Westin Pittsburgh, a Marriott Hotel

4.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1003)
"The Westin had wonderful staff at the front desk and in the restaurants. The place has so much potential but needs updated so badly. The carpets are quite old in the rooms and I didn’t want to walk on it without shoes. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Everything else in the room needs updated. "

Pittsburgh Marriott City Center

3.5 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very good, (1030)
"This property needs better housekeeping practices. My bathroom (toilet specifically) was not properly cleaned. The room had a smokers ting to the walls and it doesnt look like they hire anyone to clean the windows. They could also use an upgrade on their technology. They also had a water problem which made us have to postpone our engagements due to not being able to shower. Overall it's a nice view if the city. But I don't think i will stay here again. "
