"Definitely an older hotel, but it was clean. I chose the suite because it had a separate room for my kids with a sofa bed. There were no sheets or blankets for the extra bed, we had to go down twice to ask for everything we needed. I was sent an email that let me choose a checkout time. I chose 11am as my kids had a very late night at a sporting event. At about 9:30am one of the staff came banging on the door, when I opened it he asked if we were "okay" and proceeded to walk away. This woke my kids up and was just very strange and unnecessary."

"We checked into our room and I went to the window to pull them down and a cockroach 2 inches long ran across the room. We grabbed our stuff and left. The lady up front was nice. They didn’t give us a refund."

"We booked this for one night. We were greeted immediately by a professional, friendly staff member. We were told that no one would be at the front desk between 9pm (I believe) and 7am. It was past 9pm when we settled into our room for the night. So we didn’t notice prior that there were roaches. We had to be up at 4am the next day so we just did our best to smash them and sleep, which was impossible because my daughter was afraid one would crawl on her face in the middle of the night. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well at all. The room smelled like it had been a smoking room and reeked of stale smoke. When my daughter got done with her shower, she put a towel on the floor to wipe up the water she had dripped on it and the towel was literally brown after. Our white socks were black after walking around in them for just a short time. The pillows were SO flat and the sheets and mattress protector were a little too tight for the bed and so it kept coming off the mattress, which wasn’t the cleanest. Other than the hallways smelling bad, we didn’t notice anything else so bad it stood out. We booked this room because it was cheaper than other options. I knew we weren’t staying in the nicest motel/hotel around. I’ve stayed in cheap motels & they were fine because they were clean. But between the roaches & the nasty floor, we didn’t want to touch anything. Would NOT recommend and would have left if we didn’t have to be up so early the next AM and had to stay more than one night. "

"We stayed here for 3 days for my brothers basic training graduation! We loved how close it was to base. Our 4 children and thier cousins loved the game room. With separation for grandpa to be able to sleep in the bedroom while the kids played and watched movies. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and play. Kitchen was stocked with basic seasonings, dishes and cups for everyone. We really appreciate our stay!! Thank you Trevor for your hospitality and communication! "

"Hotel room was worn. One drawer was missing. No thermostat control. Pillows were too puffy. Sheets looked clean. No bugs. Tv was okay, but small. Room smelled."

"The beds in our room were amazing! Plus the bathroom had a shower stall rather than a tub, which was very convenient for us 70 plus year olds! Very good food, as well, but we thought it was kind of pricey. Maybe we’re just out of touch. Anyway, all things considered, we were very pleased with our stay!"
