The ground are nicely kept; the lobby is clean and inviting; and the room was very clean, comfortable, and the bed was perfect. The hostess for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. All things considered, I would stay here again over other hotels within a few exits on the interstate. "

"Checked in, went to take a shower and the showerhead was broken, no maintenance man so the girl at the desk after me having to go back downstairs to see what was taking so long I found another showerhead and then I installed it. I also had to change a roll of toilet paper because there wasn’t enough on a thing to use it needed to be replaced. So I did both the maintenance man’s job and housekeeping‘s job and all they said to me in the morning when I left is sorry about that. No offer to pass it on to the manager to have the manager contact me, no offer for a partial refund absolutely nothing, will not be staying there again. Oh and there wasn’t much of a breakfast either. "

"My suggestion would be... Upon check-in to have the desk clerk show how to use the room key card. We stay at various hotels in our travels and they all work a little different. This hotel had a key card that you inserted and pulled out quickly, then you can move the handle. Other hotels you leave the card in to work the handle. Some you just need to hold it up to the reader on the handle. This would save traveling patrons frustration after a long drive. We encountered another couple trying to get the keycard to work and showed them how to do it after we had the front desk show us. But my husband had to go back to the front desk twice to get the card to work and then the front desk clerk came up with him to do it and we realized that we were doing it wrong. It was very frustrating when you are that tired. "
