"I had a fantastic stay at the Tru by Hilton in Smithfield! The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and inviting from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming throughout my stay. They were always friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. The breakfast was a great bonus—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to start the day right. One thing I really appreciated was the air conditioning—it worked perfectly and kept the room cool and comfortable the entire time. "Really nice place to book an extended stay while I was selling my house. The staff as well as the other guests were super friendly. I felt safe there as a solo traveler. It did get a little rowdy at the sports bar next door but the noise died down around 10pm so it wasn’t bad at all (I assume it was college kids from the university down the road). My parents stayed here when they visited me a few years back & recommended it and I would stay here again as a solo female traveler."
