The check in was VERY slow with only 1 person checking in everyone and the line was huge! Then we asked if our family could be on the same floor, which we realize and were told it depended on the availability. The person at the desk found 3 rooms and we thanked her. However, later we went to the kiosk and 2 of us could get their room key, but we were told "our room was not ready and to come back later". We finally after 3 tries we went to the desk and found out there was only 2 rooms on the same floor and we basically had no room! Had we not gone to the desk, we would have not known this! We ended up on another floor which was fine and it turned out okay! That was our only problem and we were given a 50.00 credit - thank you.

Conveniently located in the central area of Vegas strip but parking in the neighbouring hotel made for a long trek each time we went out. Rooms were clean with nice view but windows very dirty. Staff was friendly but had wrong information about pool hours. Overall a pleasant stay for our family.
