Traveled to Spokane for Christmas with our families. This was a HUGE difference from a previous place we usually stayed just opposite side of the highway. It was Christmas time and amazing staff our room was very small and they offered us an upgrade at no extra cost due to the customer service setting us in a room for 4 that they knew was too small as I requested. Staff was amazing with our kids and so friendly and welcoming feels like home to us!

Awesome experience. Fantastic. Nice staff. Facilities great and breakfast delicious. Location was perfect. Very welcoming. Room was great plus amarmenties. Hotel staff very nice. Easy parking made available and de icing available to clean car. Location great and in the middle of town easy to get to all places and shops. Close to campus and malls. All in all a fabulous place to stay
